About me: I am a student journalist whose story began in Sololá, Guatemala before being adopted and moving to Michigan at just nine months old. After years of feeling disconnected from my roots, I have recently embraced my heritage and found new inspiration for my writing. With a newly founded deep passion for journalism, I am dedicated to telling authentic, impactful stories that reflect diverse perspectives.
